Containers & Sizing
What types and sizes of containers do you carry?
We carry 8', 9', 10', 20', and 40' containers in both standard height and high cube configurations. New (one-trip) and used (inspected) options are available. The 20ft and 40ft containers are our most popular sizes for Alberta farms, job sites, and acreages.
What are the actual dimensions of a 20ft container?
A 20ft standard container is approximately 20' × 8' × 8'6" (L×W×H exterior). Interior usable space is roughly 19'4" × 7'8" × 7'10". A 20ft high cube is the same footprint with 9'6" exterior height, giving approximately 8'10" interior height.
What are the dimensions of a 40ft container?
A 40ft standard container is approximately 40' × 8' × 8'6" exterior. Interior is roughly 39'5" × 7'8" × 7'10". High cube versions add one foot of height. The 40ft is ideal for large-scale storage, commercial use, and operations needing maximum floor space.
What is a "high cube" container?
A high cube container is one foot taller than a standard container — 9'6" external height versus 8'6". The extra headroom is useful for storing tall equipment, fitting shelving, or converting the container into an office or workspace. High cube is our most popular option.
What's the difference between new and used containers?
New (one-trip) containers have made one journey from the manufacturer and are in near-perfect condition. Used containers have been in service over multiple trips and may have minor cosmetic wear. All used containers we sell are structurally sound, wind, water, and rodent-proof, and have completed our 10-point PDI.
Pricing & Payment
What does a new 20ft container cost?
New 20ft standard containers start from $3,750, and new 20ft high cube containers start from $4,650. These are starting prices and delivery charges are additional. Call for current pricing and used container rates.

Delivery
Do you deliver containers?
Yes. We deliver what we sell — no third-party delivery companies. We deliver across most of Alberta. Delivery charges vary based on distance and site accessibility. Call or send us your location for a delivery estimate.
What site access do you need for delivery?
Our tilt-bed truck generally needs about 60–80 feet of clear straight space to tilt the container into position. If access to your property is tight, muddy, or otherwise challenging, let us know upfront and we'll advise. One call does it all.
Can you deliver to remote rural properties?
Yes. We deliver to farms, acreages, rural properties, and remote sites across Alberta. Call to confirm delivery feasibility and pricing for your specific location. Remote sites may involve additional charges.
Can you relocate a container I already own?

Modifications & Rentals
Can you modify a container?
Yes. We modify new or used sea cans to your specific requirements. Common modifications include personnel doors, windows, ventilation, lock boxes, electrical, shelving, roll-up doors, insulation, and office conversions. Contact us to describe your project and get a custom quote.

Quality & Guarantee
What is your quality guarantee?
We offer a one leak-free guarantee on all containers we sell. Every container also goes through our 10-point pre-delivery inspection (PDI) which covers exterior condition, door operation, seals, locking mechanisms, ventilation, structural welds, interior cleanliness, and flooring.
Are used containers rodent-proof?
Yes. All containers we sell — new and used — are wind, water, and rodent-proof. Our PDI confirms door seals and structural integrity before every delivery.
